TERMS AND CONDITIONS Version: 2026-07-27.2 Last reviewed: 2026-07-27 These terms apply to orders placed with Lloyd-Rose Digital Solutions Ltd trading as Print Corner. The checkout identifies the applicable version before the customer confirms an order. 1. The contracting business --------------------------- Print Corner is a trading name of Lloyd-Rose Digital Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The registered number, registered office and current contact details appear in the website footer and checkout. The shop address is also the trading and collection address unless stated otherwise. 2. Consumers and business customers ----------------------------------- A consumer is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession. A business customer includes a company, organisation or person acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted by these terms. Business-only provisions do not apply to consumers. 3. Product information and quotations ------------------------------------- The live product page and final checkout summary identify the available specification, quantity, customer price and estimated turnaround. Images are illustrative unless they show the customer’s approved artwork or actual goods. A custom quotation is valid for the period stated and covers only the described specification. 4. Contract formation --------------------- Submitting a basket is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when Print Corner accepts the order, normally by issuing an order confirmation after payment or the agreed payment arrangement and after any necessary availability checks. An automated acknowledgement alone does not guarantee acceptance. 5. Prices, VAT and delivery charges ----------------------------------- The final checkout displays the total customer price and every unavoidable delivery charge before the obligation-to-pay control. Where the selling company is VAT registered and VAT applies, prices and invoices show the VAT treatment and registration number. If an obvious pricing error is discovered before acceptance, the customer will be given the correct price and may choose whether to continue. 6. Payment ---------- Payment is taken or arranged using the method selected at checkout. Hosted card and wallet payments are handled by the payment provider. An order may remain pending until the provider confirms payment. Failed authorisation does not create a paid order. Fraud, chargeback or security concerns may pause or cancel fulfilment while investigated. Separate written credit-account terms apply where expressly agreed. 7. Artwork rights and responsibility ------------------------------------ The customer must have the right to reproduce every supplied image, logo, font, name and other element. The customer grants Print Corner and relevant production providers a limited licence to store, process and reproduce the material solely for the quote, order, support and lawful record-keeping purposes. Unlawful, infringing or unsafe material may be rejected. 8. Technical checks, proofs and approval ---------------------------------------- Technical checking can identify obvious size, bleed, page-count, file-integrity and resolution issues but does not replace proofreading. Where a proof is provided, production waits for approval. Approval confirms the displayed content, layout and requested specification. Customer-requested changes can affect price and timing. 9. Production and reasonable variation -------------------------------------- Physical print can have reasonable variation in colour, cutting, folding, material and position within normal production tolerances. This does not permit goods to be materially different from the agreed description or remove statutory rights. Exact colour matching or an exact manufacturing tolerance must be agreed in writing before the order. 10. Turnaround and events outside control ----------------------------------------- Production estimates start after payment, usable artwork and any required approval. They are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly accepted in writing. Delays caused by unusable artwork, customer changes, material shortages, carrier disruption or events reasonably outside control will be communicated where possible. 11. Collection -------------- Collect only after a ready notification. Bring the order reference and arrange authorisation where another person will collect. Reasonable reminders may be sent for uncollected personalised goods. Any long-term storage, disposal or charge must be fair, notified in advance and consistent with legal rights. 12. Delivery, risk and damaged parcels -------------------------------------- The website is intended for customers in the United Kingdom. The available collection or delivery service, geographic availability, charge and estimated transit time are shown before order confirmation; some products or remote areas may have fewer options. Consumers remain protected by the legal rules governing delivery and risk. Provide a correct address and report loss or damage promptly with evidence. Carrier terms do not remove rights against the selling company. 13. Changes and cancellation ---------------------------- Contact Print Corner immediately to request a change or cancellation. Most printed goods are made to the customer’s specification, so the normal change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply once production begins. Work not yet accepted or started may be cancelled where possible, subject to any properly disclosed and reasonable work already performed. Any statutory cancellation right that does apply will be honoured. 14. Faulty, misdescribed or late goods -------------------------------------- Statutory rights apply where goods are faulty, misdescribed, not produced as agreed or not delivered within an applicable legal deadline. Report the issue with the order reference and evidence. Depending on the circumstances, remedies can include repair or re-performance, replacement, price reduction, refund or another legally required outcome. 15. Customer-designed and Print Corner-created work --------------------------------------------------- The customer retains rights in supplied material. Rights in original design work created by Print Corner remain with the legal owner until any agreed licence or assignment and payment conditions are satisfied. Portfolio publication requires appropriate permission. Retrieval or long-term storage of editable source files is not guaranteed unless agreed. 16. Liability ------------- Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer statutory rights, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. For business customers only, additional reasonable limitations may be stated in an accepted quotation or account agreement. 17. Complaints and ADR information ---------------------------------- Use the Complaints page and provide the order reference, evidence and requested outcome. After the internal process, Print Corner will provide any alternative dispute resolution information required by law and state whether it is obliged or prepared to use the identified approved body. 18. Law and jurisdiction ------------------------ These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where they live. 19. Terms version and durable copy ---------------------------------- The version date appears on the checkout and a downloadable text copy is available. We will send an order confirmation by email in a form the customer can retain. It will identify the accepted specification, final price, payment status, fulfilment arrangements and applicable Terms version.
