Colour in Print
Screens emit light and printing uses physical inks or toner, so an on-screen colour cannot be guaranteed to reproduce identically on paper or vinyl.
RGB and CMYK
Bright RGB colours can sit outside a printer’s reproducible colour range. Conversion may make highly saturated colours appear duller or shift them slightly.
Screens are not proofs
Brightness, colour profile, display quality and room lighting affect what a screen shows. An ordinary phone or monitor is not a calibrated contract proof.
Repeat orders
Different machines, materials and production batches can produce reasonable variation. Contact Print Corner before ordering when matching an existing item is critical.
