Available delivery methods and their charges are confirmed against the current basket and delivery postcode before an order is placed.
Production time and delivery time are separate
A product turnaround describes production after payment and usable artwork. Carrier transit starts after dispatch and must be added to the production estimate.
Charges and availability
The checkout displays the available method, charge and estimated service for the delivery address before the payment-obligation button. If a method cannot be confirmed, it is not offered.
Tracking, delays and missed delivery
Tracking is shown when supplied by the carrier. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments. The customer must provide an accurate and accessible address and follow any carrier instructions for a missed delivery.
Loss or damage
Report missing or visibly damaged parcels promptly with the order reference, photographs of the packaging and photographs of the affected goods. Consumer rights are not reduced by carrier terms.
Questions and answers
Is delivery included in the product price?
No unless the product or checkout explicitly says so. Any unavoidable delivery charge is shown before the order is confirmed.
Does the product turnaround include shipping?
No. Product turnaround is production time; carrier transit begins after dispatch.
