How to complain
- Use the complaints email shown on the Contact page.
- Include the order or quote reference.
- Describe the problem and when it was discovered.
- Attach clear photographs or files where relevant.
- State the outcome you are asking for.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days where reasonably possible. Complex production, carrier or payment investigations may take longer; we will explain the next step.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the facts and legal rights, an outcome may include information, correction, re-performance, replacement, price reduction, refund or another agreed remedy. A remedy is not limited by an internal policy where statutory rights provide more.
Unresolved consumer disputes and ADR
After the internal process, any legally required information about an approved alternative dispute resolution body will be provided, including whether Print Corner is obliged or prepared to use that body. No ADR provider is named here unless a current arrangement has been verified.
Privacy or accessibility complaints
Privacy complaints can also be escalated to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Accessibility concerns can be sent through the same complaints route or the Accessibility page.
