Print File Formats
A correctly exported PDF is usually the most dependable option for designed print, while high-resolution image files can suit single-page raster artwork.
Use a print-quality PDF with the correct page box, embedded fonts and product bleed. Review the exported PDF rather than assuming the design application preview is identical.
PNG and JPEG
Use full-resolution files at the final aspect ratio. JPEG compression can create visible artefacts around text and logos; PNG can preserve sharper edges but may create larger files.
Files that need conversion
Editable office or design-source files may change because of missing fonts, linked images or software differences. Export a stable final file unless a design service has been agreed.
