Print Artwork Checking
A technical check helps catch common production problems before printing, but does not replace customer approval or proofreading.
What the technical check covers
- Finished dimensions against the selected product.
- Visible bleed and safe-area issues.
- Page count and orientation.
- Obvious low-resolution or damaged-file problems.
- Whether a proof or corrected file is needed.
What remains your responsibility
You remain responsible for spelling, names, dates, prices, telephone numbers, URLs, QR-code destinations and the legal right to reproduce supplied material. A technically printable file can still contain incorrect content.
Proofs and changes
Where a proof is supplied, production waits for approval. Approval confirms the displayed content and layout. Requesting a change may alter the completion estimate.
